Chief Michael Olatubosun Ajayi: Chairman |

Chief Ajayi is a Chartered Accountant with over three decades working experience in the United Kingdom, Zambia and Nigeria. He joined Nigerian Breweries Plc in 1975 and held various posts including Administrative Manager, in Aba and Ibadan Breweries. He rose to the post of company Treasurer before retiring in 1992.
He was appointed Director of the company in 1988 and Chairman of the Board in 1999. |

EVANGELIST SAMUEL O. DUROJAYE – FCA, ACIB, ACS – MANAGING DIRECTOR |

A Chartered Account with about two decades post qualification experience, Mr. Durojaye trained with the firm of Balogun, Anyanfalu, Badejo & Co. He joined Nigerian Breweries Plc in 1985 and held various posts including Finance Manager Imports, Relief Brewery Accountant – Kaduna Brewery before leaving in February 1991 to join Pilot Finance Limited as Executive Director.
Evangelist Samuel Durojaye is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. His working experience spans public practice, industry, corporate and public Finance. He was commissioner for Finance, Ogun State between July 1999 and May 2003. He is a member of Strategic committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also a member of the Finance and General Purpose Committee of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria. |

A seasoned Chartered Accountant who over the years worked with the Unilever and UAC groups before taking appointment as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of International Breweries Limited Ilesa from where he retired into private business.
He is currently the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Akin Akinola & Associates. |

He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He had about three decades work experience in the banking industry. Mr. Ogunleye was Managing Director of Triumph Merchant Bank Plc between 1991 and 1999. He was Registrar/Chief Executive Officer of the chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria between 2000 and 2006. He is currently the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of OGB Asset Management Limited. He is also the chairman of Omiye Micro Finance Bank Limited |

Mr. Adeisa is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and a chartered Accountant with over two decades posts qualification experience, spanning industry, consultancy and public practice.
He was the Financial Controller of Colgate and Palmolive Nigeria Limited between 1975 and 1977. He became the Chief Accountant of Nidan Consult (Engineering Design Consultants) between 1977 and 1983. Mr. Adeisa is a fellow and vice president of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He is also a member of the Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria and a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria. |

Professor Lasisi is a distinguished University Administrator. An accomplished Civil, Structural and Mechanical Engineer, a former Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Uyo between October 1991 and February 2000, Professor Lasisi was also the Vice Chancellor f Crescent University, Abeokuta between 2005 and 2007. He joined the Board of Pilot Finance Limited in 1998. |
